ABHINAVA UPADHYA,J. - (1.) Heard Sri N.C. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.B. Tripathi, learned special counsel representing the respondents.
(2.) By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for supply of the copy of survey report dated 14.6.2017 made by the SIB Unit, Allahabad.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner is entitled to get the copy of the survey report and has prayed for issuance of the same but the reasons best known to the authorities till date the copy of the survey report has not been provided and on the other hand, the authorities has issued a show cause notices requiring the petitioner to explain the queries related to the survey. He has further submitted that without going to the contents of the survey report it is not possible for the petitioner to participate in the proceedings and to file the reply to the show cause notices.;
