(2.) Writ B No. 8546 of 1987 has been filed against the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 08.07.1983, passed in Revision No. 352 Rameshwar v. Bhagwat and others and 5 other connected revisions arising out of chak allotment proceeding under U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act").
(3.) Writ B No. 8547 of 1987 has been filed against the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 08.07.1983, passed in Revision No. 376, Jager Nath and others v. Parmeshwar and others , arising out of chak allotment proceeding under the Act.;
