- (1.) Heard Virendra Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Dharmendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
(2.) The petitioner has assailed the transfer order dated 10.8.2016 whereby he has been transferred as Assistant Inspector General of Registration from Muradabad to camp office Lucknow and vise-versa respondent no.2 has been transferred from camp office Lucknow to Muradabad.
(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner has assailed the order of transfer on the ground that the petitioner has yet not completed three years service at Muradabad and the transfer has been made on the application moved by the second respondent's wife.;
