SUDHIR AGARWAL,J. - (1.) Heard Sri Anubhav Kumar, assisted by Sri Sandeep Agarwal for Review Applicant.
(2.) This Review Application is for review of our judgment dated 28.09.2016. Grounds taken in Review Petition raise grounds which were not taken or argued earlier in the matter. In fact, learned counsel for the Review Applicant sought to re-argue the matter by improving arguments which were not advanced earlier. This is not permissible in Review Application and it cannot be said to be an error apparent on the face of record.
(3.) An application for review cannot be treated to be an opportunity to argue the case on merits afresh. In the garb of a review application re-argument on merits of the case cannot be allowed.;
