PANKAJ MITHAL,J. - (1.) Heard Sri Rakesh Ranjan Agrawal, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Suyash Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shubham Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents.
(2.) The parties have exchanged pleadings and the same have also been perused by us along with us original record which was directed to be produced by the respondents.
(3.) On the night of July 31, 2010, Smt. Rewati Singh was murdered in her house in respect whereof, a first information report was lodged on the very next day. On the lodging of the FIR, a further information was submitted to the police that from the house in which she was found murdered, an amount of Rs. 68 lakhs is missing. Subsequently, the police recovered a sum of Rs. 52 lakhs 80 thousand from one of the accused and the same became a case property with the court.;
