SANGEETA CHANDRA,J. - (1.) Heard Shri Piyush Bhargava, learned counsel for the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.
(2.) A request for adjournment has been made on behalf of Mr. Gopal Narain, who had earlier filed his affidavit, but now has informed the Court that Mr. R.N. Bhalla used to appear on behalf of the contesting respondents, who has left this Court and is not practising at in this Court.
(3.) Since there is no practice for issuing notice to the private respondents again to engage another counsel, if his counsel has left practising in this Court. I think there is no ground for adjournment of the case, which has come in the revised list.;
