(2.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.11.2016, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, in Revision No.14/20 of 2016-17.
(3.) The dispute in the writ petition pertains to plot No. 458/13, area 4 bigha, 15 biswa, situated in Mauja Sukrit, Pargana Ahraura, Tehsil Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra.;
