Anjani Kumar Mishra, J. - (1.) Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Singh for the petitioners in both these writ petitions, Shri S.K. Mishra and Shri Namwar Singh, counsels appearing for the respondents.
(2.) Both these petitions pertain to different parcels of land situated in two villages. However, the orders impugned in both these petitions are the same whereby a number of appeals and revisions have been decided by common orders.
(3.) The Writ Petition No. 2552 of 2017 pertains to Plot No. 264 area 0.64 decimal and Plot No. 276 area 0.56 decimal, situated in Village Muradev, Pargana Dehat Amanat, Tehsil and District Varanasi.;
