Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. - (1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:- (i) to issue a writ of certiorari, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 15.12.2016 (Annexure-10 to the writ petition) and the order dated 25.06.2014 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition) passed by the respondent no. 2. (ii) to issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to send his report in the matter of the petitioner to the State Government and further for direction to the State Government to refer the matter to the proper forum expeditiously.
(2.) Affidavits have been exchanged in this matter. With consent of parties, this writ petition is being finally disposed of at this stage.
(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed on a post of ECG technician at Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad in 1997 and his services were terminated with effect from 10.10.2013 after conclusion of some departmental inquiry proceedings.;
