JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter and rejoinder affidavits have been exchanged between the parties.

(2.) Heard Sri Agendra Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Virendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.

(3.) By means of present writ petition the petitioners pray for a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 26.02.2004 passed by opposite party no. 4 as contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the writ petition and further pray for writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 5 not to implement the impugned order and not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the houses in question.
