Anil Kumar, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party nos.1 and 3, Shri Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 30.11.2016 passed by the opposite party no.4.
(3.) Facts in brief of the present case are that in the city of Agra, there is an institution known as K. P. College Management (AKTU Code : 436), NH-2, Agra-Firozabad Road, Agra, which was established to run M.B.A. Course and was duly affiliated and recognized by the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.;
