Sangeeta Chandra, J. - (1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 11.12.2009 passed by the Regional Level Committee in compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 14.05.2009 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 25180 of 2009 (Smt. Sunita Rai and 2 others vs State of U.P. and others).
(2.) This Court had without entering into the merits of the case disposed of the writ petition with a direction that the Regional Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh shall ensure that the matter regarding financial approval to the appointment of the petitioners, class-IV employees, said to have been referred to it by the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia on 03.10.2008 is considered by the Regional Level Committee constituted under the Government Order dated 19.12.2000.
(3.) The Regional Level Committee has rejected the case of approval of the petitioners, who are three in number. Hence, this writ petition.;
