- (1.) This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report, lodged as Case Crime No.525 of 2016 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Akbarpur, district Ambedkar Nagar.
(2.) Gist of the allegation in the impugned First Information Report is that through impersonation of father of the complainant, a will has been executed.
(3.) Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there has not been any forgery.;
