Ram Surat Ram (Maurya), J. - (1.) Heard Sri Brij Raj, for the petitioner and Standing Counsel, for State of U.P. on preliminary issue relating to maintainability of the writ petition.
(2.) The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay dues of salary for the months April & May, 2015 and from June 2017 onward, balance of traveling allowance and to return excess amount as deducted for service tax, along with interest, to the petitioner.
(3.) In order to preserve water, Government of India launched a scheme in the name of Integrated Water Collection Management Programe, which was renamed as Prime-Minister Agriculture Irrigation Scheme-Water Shed Development. For execution of this scheme, State Level Nodal Agency was established under which State Level Data Cell, District Level Watershed Cell cum Data Center and Block Level Watershed Cell cum Data Center [Project Initiation Agreement (PIA)] were established.;
