The writ petition has been filed against order of Regional Level Committee, Moradabad Region, Moradabad dated 21.11.2016, granting approval to the Committee of Management, headed by Priya Ratan Arya as the President and Kajal Deep Varshney as the Manager of Sri Umed Rai Bhartiya Inter College, Hayat Nagar, Sambhal, as elected on 19.06.2016.
(3.) Sri Umed Rai Bhartiya Inter College, Hayat Nagar, Sambhal is an educational institution, recognised from Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. under U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921. It has a Scheme of Administration, approved under Section 16-C of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921. The institution is receiving grant-in-aid from State Government and provisions of U.P. High School and Intermediate Colleges (Payment of Salaries to Teachers and other Staff) Act, 1971 are applicable to it. The society "Sri Umed Rai Bhartiya Vidyalaya, Hayat Nagar, Sambhal", registered under the provisions of Societies Registration Act, 1860, is running the aforesaid college and two other institutions namely Rashtriya Kanya Inter college, Hayat Nagar, Sambhal and Sri Ummed Rai Shishu Shiksha Niketan, Hayat Nagar, Sambhal.;
