(2.) This contempt application was filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Writ -C No.38429 of 2016 as also the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Special Appeal No.781 of 2016.
(3.) Amar Shahid Sri Kaushal Kumar Intermediate College, Narayangarh, District Ballia is an aided institution, recognized under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act. In an election of its Committee of Management; held on 05.04.2014, the applicant is stated to have been elected as Manager. This election was recognized on 12.12.2014 by the District Inspector of Schools.;
