This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of charge sheet dated 13.6.2012 as well as the entire proceedings arising out of Case Crime No. 359 of 2012 u/s 386 IPC, P.S. Cantt. District Gorakhpur pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur.
