Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. - (1.) This criminal misc. petition has been filed against the order dated 4.8.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai in Complaint Case No.89 of 2010, under Sections-323, 342, 506 and 427 I.P.C., P.S.-Konch, Jalaun, whereby application filed u/s 245(2) Cr. P.C. has been rejected and the order dated 22.3.2017 passed by learned session Judge, jalaun at Orai whereby the revision filed against order dated 4.8.2015 has been dismissed.
