JUDGEMENT
S.K. Singh, J. -
(1.) Heard Sri S.C. Verma, learned Counsel in support of this petition and Sri S.N. Tripathi, learned Advocate who appears for the respondents.
(2.) Challenge in this petition is the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation by which revision filed by both the parties have been decided by a common judgment and chak inter-se has been changed.
(3.) Proceedings are under section 20 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, which is in respect to allotment of plots in the chak of the parties. Needless to say in these proceedings both parties can never be satisfied as it is not possible to accept claim of both sides in its entirety and thus the approach of the Court is to see that whether there is any violation of section 19 of U.P.C.H. Act or petitioner can be said to have suffered any prejudice, much less serious prejudice calling for interference in the equity jurisdiction.;
