S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri R.S. Mishra, learned Advocate in support of this petition and Sri Agnihotri, learned Advocate who appeared for the respondents.
(2.) This petition involves a very small issue and challenge is to the order of the Collector, Allahabad by which amaldaramed made in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the alleged order of the Consolidation Officer was directed to be set aside.
(3.) After hearing Counsel for both sides as there is no dispute about certain facts they are to be hurriedly noticed.;
