S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri W.H. Khan, learned Advocate in support of this writ petition and Sri U.B. Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri S.S. Yadav, learned Advocate who appeared for the respondent.
(2.) By means of this writ petition petitioner has challenged the judgment passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation by which reference placed before him was accepted.
