- (1.) HEARD Sri S. N. Tiwari in support of this appeal and Sri Y. K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
(2.) THE appellants seek to challenge the judgment and order dated 27th October, 2006 passed by learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellants herein.
(3.) THE appellant No. 1 is a Sanskrit teacher and appellant No. 2 is Urdu teacher selected by the Committee of Management of the concerned Junior High School known as 'janta Adarsh Girls Junior High School' Ruheri, District Hathras.;
