Krishna Murari, J. - (1.) Heard Sri B.K. Narain, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Anil Kumar Aditya who has put in appearance on behalf of contesting respondent No. 2.
(2.) Sri Anil Kumar Aditya, learned Counsel for contesting respondent does not propose to file any counter affidavit and with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this petition is being finally disposed of at the admission stage itself.
(3.) By means of this petition, petitioners have challenged order dated 17.5.2007 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Bijnor dismissing their restoration application.;
