S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri Upadhyaya, learned Advocate in support of this writ petition and Sri Triveni Shanker, learned Advocate who appeared on behalf of respondents.
(2.) Challenge in this petition is the judgment passed by the Board of Revenue by which appeal filed by the defendant-respondent was allowed and the suit filed by plaintiff was dismissed.
(3.) This Court is not to travel into the facts in very detail and on brief notice writ petition can be conveniently disposed of.;
