(2.) Challenge in this petition is the order passed by the Consolidation Officer by which petitioner's objection has been dismissed as barred by time and revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed.
(3.) As there is no dispute about certain facts on brief notice writ petition is to be finally disposed of as pleadings are also complete.;
