S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri J.P. Gupta learned advocate in support of this writ petition and Sri Amrendra Singh, learned advocate who appeared for the respondents.
(2.) Challenge in this petition is the judgment of the Deputy Director of Consolidation by which revision filed by petitioner has been dismissed.
(3.) Writ petition arises out of proceeding under section 9-A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act which is in respect to adjudication of title between the parties.;
