M. Katju, J. - (1.) Heard Shri H.N. Singh, learned counsel far the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.
(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents have stated that he does not intend to file counter affidavit. Hence I am disposing of the writ petition finally.
(3.) This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 31-7-1896, Annexure 3 to the writ petition passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Jaunpur. In the said order he hae sought instruction from the Director of Panchayat Raj for guidance regarding the meeting of no-confidence.;
