- (1.) Heard Sri J.P.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. None has appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 6.
(2.) This application has been moved by the Suresh Kumar Yadav, husband of the petitioner (Smt. Gayatri Devi) under Section 340 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to initiate criminal proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. against the opposite parties no. 3 to 6 and one Manorma Devi, wife of Sewa Lal Yadav, resident of Mungari (Cheri Ka Pura), Post Office Rampur, Police Stateion Auyodhyogik Kshetra, Naini, District Allahabad and Ganga Ram Singh son of Lakhan Singh, resident of village Ram Nagar, Hamlet and Post Mubaiya, Police Station Meza, District Allahabad.
