- (1.) Heard Sri Jay Prakash Singh Vats for the review applicants.
(2.) Against the order of DDC dated 26.8.1981, passed in title proceeding, the aforesaid writ petition has been filed, which has been dismissed by this Court by the order dated 23.8.1994. The petitioner has filed this review petition.
(3.) The dispute between the parties relates to basic consolidation year khata 1291, consisting of plots-106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 459, 460, 484, 485, 491, 666 and 670 (total area 8-0-3 bigha), of village Jasmedha, pargana Rampur, district Pratapgarh.;
