(3.) This revision u/s 25 of the PSCC Act, is preferred against the order dated 13.5.2016 passed by IIIrd Addl. District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar in SC Suit No. 19 of 2015 allowing the application (Paper no.35/C) and admitting the documents filed by the opposite party/landlord.;
