- (1.) As per Stamp Reporter's report dated 26.05.2016, there is a delay of 66 days in filing the present special appeal.
(2.) Having perused the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application, we are of the opinion that the cause shown for delay in filing appeal is sufficient.
(3.) Delay is condoned.;
