- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.
(2.) This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned Charge-Sheet no.03 of 2016 arising out of case crime no.21 of 2016 under sections 323, 504 IPC and section 3(1)(X) SC ST Act, P.S. Mahmudabad District Sitapur as well as the summoning order dated 20.05.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the First Information Report has been lodged on the basis of false and fabricated story against the petitioner and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to surrender before the court below and some protection may be granted to him.;
