JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel and Sri M.C. Chaturvedi learned senior advocate assisted by Sri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi on behalf of the seventh respondent.
(2.) The instant writ petition has filed by the petitioners assailing various orders issued from time to time by the Additional Commissioner/Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut and the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad in pursuance of the directions issued by the Commissioner. By the impugned orders, the petitioners were restrained from entering the college premises and various other directions were issued. On 1 February 2016, this Court passed the following order :-
"Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.1 to 5 prays for and is granted time to obtain specific instructions as regards the reason on basis of which the Commissioner directed the District Magistrate to ensure that the petitioners do not make entry in the institution and the Deputy Registrar not to entertain any complaint made by the petitioners.
Put up as a fresh case on 9.02.2016."
(3.) Thereafter, learned standing counsel was granted time on various dates but when instructions were not furnished to the learned standing counsel, the Court was compelled to pass the following order on 15 February 2016 :-
"Despite learned standing counsel having been granted adjournment on several dates to obtain instructions from the Commissioner as regards the reason on basis of which the impugned directions were issued by him to the District Magistrate, learned standing counsel states that no instructions have been received.
Learned standing counsel seeks further time to obtain instructions in the matter.
Put up as a fresh case on 19.02.2016 to enable learned standing counsel to complete the instructions in the matter. If on the next date the instructions are not furnished to learned standing counsel, the Court would be compelled to direct for personal appearance of the fifth respondent.";
