- (1.) Heard Sri S.L. Yadav learned counsel for petitioner and Sri H.N. Shukla learned counsel for respondents.
(2.) The writ petition is directed against orders dated 15.06.1972 passed by Assistant Settlement Officer Consolidation, Basti (hereinafter referred to as the ''ASOC') and 18.09.1973 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Varanasi Camp at Basti (hereinafter referred to as the ''DDC').
(3.) Dispute relates to plots comprising khata nos. 59, 101, 105 and 120 which were recorded in the name of respondents no. 5 to 13 when consolidation operation commenced in Village Rajaur in the year 1969.;
