Pankaj Mithal, J. - (1.) The Civil Judge (Senior Division) by the order dated 19.08.2016 has granted succession certificate in favour of the respondents No.1, 2 & 3.
(2.) The above order has been challenged by means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
(3.) Against the aforesaid order the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal before the District Judge.;
