- (1.) This application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail of Deepak Tripathi @ Deepu (respondent no. 2).
(2.) It appears that Deepak Tripathi @ Deepu was granted bail by Hon'ble Imtiyaz Murtaza, J. vide order dated 24.06.2014 in Case Crime No. 546 of 2013, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow.
(3.) Report was lodged by Radha Mishra (applicant) against Deepak Tripathi @ Deepu alleging that he had raped her. Case was registered at Crime No. 546 of 2013 in which Hon'ble Imtiyaz Murtaza, J. has been pleased to grant bail.;
