Vinod Kumar Misra, J. - (1.) Revisionist, Smt. Vandana Gupta, has preferred this revision against the opposite parties, Mukesh Babu and Smt. Renu Gupta against the judgment and decree dated 30.10.2012 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 11, Aligarh in S.C.C. Suit No. 36 of 2009.
