- (1.) The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent, Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Allahabad (CBSE) to re-evaluate the answer-scripts of Theory Examination of Physical Education subject, in accordance with the amended examination bye-laws and circular.
(2.) The petitioner appeared in the Senior Secondary School Examination 2016 (class-XII) bearing Roll No. 5611792 from examination centre YMCA Centenary School, S.N. Marg, Allahabad. The petitioner has been allotted 39 marks out of 70 marks in theory paper of Physical Education, though it is contended that in the pre-board stage, the petitioner secured 69 marks out of 70 marks in the same subject.
(3.) In response to an application made by the petitioner, the respondent-CBSE provided photo copy of the answer script to the petitioner.;
