- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
(2.) Pursuant to the earlier order, Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, Senior Lecturer of District Institute of Education and Training, Lucknow is also present.
(3.) The petitioners desirous of undergoing B.T.C. training course submitted their application forms. The B.T.C. training in the State of U.P. is conducted by the Institutions run and administered by the State Government as also by the Institutions which are run and managed by the private hands. For making admissions to these Institutions counselling of candidates is held by the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), in each district. For making admissions to the B.T.C. Course, 2014, notification was issued and applications were invited. In DIET, Lucknow, there are 200 seats. The reservation as per law is also applicable to these admissions.;
