(2.) The petitioner appeared in the Entrance Examination 2016 for admission to class VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV).
(3.) Jnvs are system of alternate residential and co-educational schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi rendering education from Classes VI to XII. The purpose of the JNV is to find talented children of rural areas of India and to provide education equivalent to best residential school. There are approximately 598 JNVs across the country.;
