(2.) ACCORDING to the prosecution case Dilprit @ Bhanu a boy aged about seven years student of class I was kidnapped when he was going to school. A phone call was received by the informant whereby a ransum of Rs. 80,000/- was demanded. The complainant went to the appointed place but none was there to take the money and release the boy. Thereafter F.I.R. was lodged. The applicant was arrested and from his pointing the boy was recovered from the house of the co-accused. The kidnappee in his statement stated that he was kidnapped by the applicant and one another. There is no ground for bail. The bail application is rejected.;
