S.K. Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State authorities.
(2.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to complete consolidation proceedings along with transfer of possession over allotted chaks.
(3.) Submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that as allotment of chak proceeding has become final, petitioner is entitled to get possession over the chaks so allotted.;
