S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) When the case was taken up in the revision of list, Sri Agnihotri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner argued the matter. No one appeared for respondent, although name of learned Counsel for the respondent No. 3 is shown in the list.
(2.) On earlier occasions also, case was taken up in revision of list but no one appeared for respondents.
(3.) In view of aforesaid, matter was taken up and arguments have been heard.;
