Krishna Murari, J. - (1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shamimul Hasnain, appearing for contesting respondents No. 2 to 6.
(2.) Statement has been made by Sri Shamimul Hasnain that he does not propose to file any counter affidavit and with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally disposed of at the admission stage itself.
(3.) This petition arises out of proceedings under section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act (for short the 'Act').;
