(2.) THE petitioner Smt. Abida Khatoon is seeking Letter of Administration to the estate and the credits of the deceased late Abdul Wahid, who is reported to have died intestate on 22.05.2013 in Kaushambi.
(3.) THE petitioner is the widow of the deceased. The deceased had left behind his wife Smt. Abida Khatoon and his son Mohd. Gikiriya as his legal heirs. On the presentation of the petition, notices were directed to be issued to the next of kins of the deceased namely the above wife and son and to the Administrator General U.P. and the Board of Revenue, U.P.;
