JUDGEMENT

- (1.) MISS Rashmi Tripathi, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 4, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No. 1,and 3 and Sri A.K. Yadav learned counsel for respondent No.2.
(2.) PRAYER of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to issue pass certificate/marksheet of UP TET Examination, 2011 (primary level). The petitioner has secured 82 marks in TET Examination, 2011.
(3.) A Government Order dated 29.4.2014 was issued by the State Government to treat the reserved category candidates who have secured 82 marks, as pass in the TET Examination 2011. Learned Standing Counsel submits that on account of certain enquiries going on, the entire record pertaining to TET examination, 2011 has been kept in a sealed cover and it is not possible for respondents to issue the marksheet at this stage.;
