Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. - (1.) THIS application u/s. 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 27.01.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Amroha, J.P. Nagar in Complaint Case No. 2221 of 2013 (Summer Singh v. Indra and others) under Sections -147, 506 I.P.C., P.S. -Bachharaun, District -Amroha, J.P. Nagar whereby the application filed u/s. 245(2) Cr. P.C. has been rejected as well as quashing of entire proceedings of aforesaid complaint case.
(2.) HEARD applicants' counsel as well as learned A.G.A. Entire record has been perused.
(3.) IT is pertinent to mention here that the applicants had earlier filed an Application U/s. 482 No. 33946 of 2014 before this Court. From the perusal of the record, it appears that this Court while granting interim protection to the applicants on 26.8.2014 had directed the applicants to move an application seeking discharge before the court concerned through their counsel within 30 days. In pursuance of the said order, the applicants had filed a discharge application before the court below but the same has been dismissed by the order dated 27.01.2015.;
