(2.) Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mata Prasad, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel assisted by Sri Vikram Bahadur, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner is seeking quashing of the result of the Physical Efficiency Test of the petitioner conducted by the respondents authority after directing them to bring on record the same with a further direction to hold a re-physical examination of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector.;
