- (1.) This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Case No.320/12 (State vs. Riyasat Yar Khan) u/s 406/420 IPC pending before A.C.J.M.-VII, Bareilly instituted on the basis of Charge sheet dated 18.12.2011 in Crime No.1926/2011 u/s 420/406 I.P.C., Police Station-Subhash Nagar, District-Bareilly. Shri Sujeet Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed short counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party no.2 today in the Court, which is taken on record.
