- (1.) Heard Sri B.K. Sharma, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Anil Bhushan, for the petitioners and Sri Mata Prasad, learned additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents.
(2.) The petitioner no.1 is the Committee of Management of the Kisan Laghu Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Misrawalia Brijmanganj, District-Maharajganj.
(3.) The writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to extend the benefit of grant-in-aid to the Teachers of Primary Sections attached to the Junior High School which is already receiving grant-in-aid.;
